    NATURA BAY

    NATURA BAY
    Confidential Masterplan
    Middle East, 2024–2026
    Teaser / Under development

Natura Bay is conceived as a soft coastal counterpoint to the hard geometry of the urban bay.

Set along the edge of a dense waterfront district, the project transforms the boundary between city and sea into a naturalistic archipelago shaped by water, mangroves and inhabited edges. Islands, peninsulas and shaded promenades create a more fluid relationship with the coast, allowing the city to dissolve gradually into landscape.

The masterplan introduces a sequence of communities surrounded by water: waterfront hotels, beach villas, residences, mixed-use clusters, marina life, shaded walkways and public programmes connected through a continuous coastal experience.

Mangroves become the main spatial and environmental structure of the proposal. They soften the urban edge, protect the shoreline, frame views and create a living threshold between the vertical skyline and the quiet interior of the bay.

The project explores a different idea of coastal urbanity: less defined by rigid geometry, more shaped by softness, porosity, shade and ecological presence. Natura Bay imagines the waterfront as an inhabited landscape where architecture, water and vegetation form a new sense of belonging.
