Pixel Studios explores the minimum unit of dwelling as part of a larger collective fabric.
The project proposes a residential building composed of compact, adaptable interiors — small domestic cells capable of holding different rhythms of living, working and resting within a precise spatial frame.
Rather than understanding the studio as an isolated room, the proposal imagines each unit as a pixel: a small fragment that only becomes meaningful in relation to others. Together, the studios form a shared urban body, where privacy and community are negotiated through repetition, proximity and common space.
Shared areas extend domestic life beyond the limits of the apartment, creating moments of encounter, pause and exchange. In this way, the building transforms compact living into a collective condition: a system of individual rooms woven into a larger social landscape.
