Soho Hot Soho imagines a district of intensity: a place where streets, courtyards, hospitality, culture and nightlife create a new urban atmosphere.
The project explores the idea of Soho as a state of the city — dense, magnetic, layered and alive. Its identity is built through proximity: narrow passages, active edges, shaded interiors, public rooms and moments of surprise that invite people to move, stay and return.
Heat becomes part of the narrative. Not only climate, but energy: the warmth of material, social life, evening light, music, food and collective encounter. The district is conceived as a sequence of urban episodes where intimacy and spectacle coexist.
Through landscape, programme and atmosphere, Soho Hot Soho proposes a contemporary urban quarter shaped by rhythm, density and desire — a place where the city becomes more vivid after sunset.
