In this self-portrait, or selfie, I am interested in personifying Deleuzian rhizomatic thought as a natural way of doing things, as an indefinite growth that lacks a nucleus, where the rhizome is the root, stem and fruit of that arborescence, an image of thought and its multiplicities. ………

It begins as a solid object that is crumbling, slowly eroding as an ephemeral object in the infinite landscape. It is made of Pampa as a unique material... a portal, a threshold is created, which begins as a habitable object and then the wind along the water erodes it, deforms and de-sculpts it until it is once again on the horizon, made of Pampa..."
