ABOUT
THE HIVE
Co-working / Co-living
Confidential Project, 2020
The Hive explores the building as a collective organism: a vertical structure where working, living and shared life are interwoven into a single spatial system.
Rather than separating programmes into isolated blocks, the project locks co-working and co-living together every two floors. This volumetric interdependence creates a façade where each programme remains legible, while contributing to a larger integrated image.
The building operates as a hive of domestic and productive cells. Private rooms, workspaces and shared areas become part of the same urban body, generating moments of proximity, exchange and collective life.
Through repetition, adjacency and programmatic overlap, The Hive proposes a compact model of contemporary living — one where the boundaries between work, dwelling and community become porous.
