Project developed as a free perimeter in a lot between party walls as a concept of iconicity and increased ventilation, lighting and quality of spaces.

It has an ideal modulation for the 3 stratified programs, offering a prototypical system of maximum flexibility for a Mixed Uses complex. Retail on the ground floor as a powerhouse of the neighborhood's public space, open-plan offices and expandable medium-sized homes.
