The proposal materializes as a strategy of urban reconciliation with the south of Bogotá on the site of the old quarry dedicated to exploitation for the production of cement on the banks of the Tunjuelo River.

We propose an Ecological District that interconnects with the different needs of the context across borders. At the heart of the project, we reintegrated the river into the city, enhancing its character of public access and landscape value as a new metropolitan green lung.

We generate a new centrality of mixed uses as an anchor urban piece with an ecological perspective that reverses the original use of the land in a sustainable development that recovers the river and brings together citizens to enjoy public space.
