The main objective is to formalize the territory and its surroundings as a Reference Area, maintain the stability of natural systems and enhance territorial cohesion around the thematic axis “Inhabiting the pre-mountain range”.

The main idea of the Master Plan is to create differentiated areas that respond to specific conditions through moderate movements that adapt to different needs. As a strategy we systematize 3 complementary areas:

01_Biospheric Reserve: Located in the plot hill, we consolidate in the highest development of the topography a natural space that concentrates the visuals and the original nature of the "Piedemonte Andino" with eco-tourism, educational, agro-cultural and sports activities.

02_River Park: Strip that mediates the relationship between the houses-hill and between mountain range-city. It is an open public park themed with commercial, gastronomic, recreational, cultural and leisure activities through a public space adapted to the needs of a dry river.

03_Eco Blocks and Eco Towers: Consolidation of sustainable developments of mixed-use housing in ribbons and eco-towers in lots that guarantee the best visuals and civic life, consolidating the idea of "Living in a Reserve"
